Hi, I’m HOT N’ NUMB. I start with a spicy chili pepper kick and end with a tingly numbing sensation from the Szechuan peppercorns, inspired by Jen’s heritage. Be warned, HOT N’ NUMB is NOT for the faint hearted.
Try HOT N’ NUMB in a sauce or glaze for meats and veggies, or even to spice up cocktails!
Bulgaria is known as one of the best honey producers since the Thracian period due to its rich biodiversity, mountainous topography, and temperate climate. Our wildflower honey comes from our family apiaries, located in pesticide and pollution-free regions.
