Order Placement and Order Acceptance Policy

By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Only when we review and accept your order, we will dispatch the items that you purchased.

Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation signifies that we have been notified of your offer to purchase the selected items. Subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe for automatic billing, you agree that you will pay for the chosen services and products for the period of the minimum duration of your subscription, which is one year. You are solely responsible to maintain your account in good standing, which includes but is not limited to timely payments of all dues, fees, taxes and other applicable charges. You agree to pay for our services rendered for a minimum period of 1 year. However you have the option to terminate your subscription within the first 30 days from your sign up date.

Termination of Subscriptions

Our subscriptions are binding for one year. You can terminate your subscription within the first 30 days from the date you sign up. You may not cancel your subscription after the 30 days period has passed. If you decide to do so we may seek redemption to the amount of your remaining subscription. You may terminate your subscription at the end of the subscription period only, which is 1 year. If, however, you are unhappy with our service, you can request an earlier termination. Granting earlier termination requests is entirely at our Management discretion. All termination requests must be sent to us in writing over email or using the contact us form.

Backorders

We make every effort to provide you with current inventory status and product availability information. Due to the fact that our online store consists of rare products, an item may not always be in stock. We will accept orders for out-of-stock items. If the item you order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. On orders with backordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may be canceled at ANY time prior to shipping.

Products and Packaging

The images of each product on our websites are for illustration purposes only. Although we have made efforts to display the appearance of each product accurately, we cannot guarantee that the image you see on your computer will accurately reflect the appearance of that product. The product which we deliver to you may vary slightly from the images on our website.

Delivery

We deliver our services and can ship our products to almost any country in the world. In the same cases there might be additional information that we might need from you in order to be able to send your order.

Shipping

When To Expect Your Order

In most cases we can process and send your order on the very same day it is placed. We ship almost all orders within 5 days of receiving the order. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the post couriers – international and in your country. Once we send your order out we no longer have control over your parcel, the post couriers do. We suggest you place your order with a tracking option so you can follow the progress or your parcel. If you choose to place your order without a tracking option you agree to not hold us responsible if your package is delayed or lost.

The language of the arbitration shall be Bulgarian.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. this Website will amend or replace such provision with one that is valid and enforceable and which achieves, to the extent possible, the original objectives and intent of this Website as reflected in the original provision.
