Excellent mead begins with excellent honey, produced by our family apiaries since 1920. Our aromatic herbal honey is mixed with water and undergoes alcoholic fermentation, after which no additional honey is added, and is finished to perfection with Bulgarian Damascena rose extract, producing incredible flavors and aromas. Colorful and exotic notes, citrus tones, and a well-rounded yet fresh body are just a small part of the complex of sensations that await you in the first sip. Well balanced and harmonious, mead is suitable both on its own and in combination with exquisite delicacies.
Color: bright and vivid with light rose tones
Aroma: juicy orange, lemon peel, rose petals, honey and distant notes of melon and kiwi
Taste: continuation of the aroma with bright notes of rose petals, honey and mountain herbs
