Orders

Placing and Accepting Orders

Submitting an electronic order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only when it has been dispatched by us. The confirmation email you receive is not acceptance of the order; it is a notification that your order has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, request additional information, or correct errors, including technical and pricing errors.

Subscriptions

We offer monthly subscriptions for automated delivery of selected products. By subscribing, you agree that each monthly shipment will be billed automatically through your chosen payment method.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you originally subscribed, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.

Cancellation Window:

• If cancellation occurs more than 5 days before the next scheduled shipment — cancellation takes effect immediately and the next month will not be charged.
• If cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the next scheduled shipment — cancellation takes effect the following month, and the upcoming shipment will still be processed and billed as normal.

Auto-Renewal: The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled by the customer.

Subscription Modifications: You may update your delivery address, selected products, payment method, or other subscription settings through your account. Changes made less than 5 days before the next shipment will take effect the following month.

Failed Payment: If automatic billing fails, you will receive a notification. If payment is not completed within 3 days, the shipment may be delayed or cancelled.

Products and Images

All product images are illustrative. Actual products may vary due to the natural characteristics of the items we offer.

Delivery

We ship orders to most countries worldwide. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees. Additional documentation may be required depending on destination country regulations.

Due to dynamically changing courier rates and restrictions, not all countries may be available for selection at checkout. If your country does not appear as an option during checkout, please contact us and we will provide current shipping options, available couriers, and up-to-date delivery costs.

Certain international destinations may require special handling, additional documentation, or higher shipping costs, which are determined individually for each shipment. You will be informed of all applicable fees before we finalize your order.

Address and Phone Number

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid phone number. An incomplete or incorrect address, or a missing/invalid phone number, may result in an undelivered and returned shipment. All associated costs in such cases are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–5 days. Once shipped, delivery speed and tracking availability depend on the courier.

Return Policy

If you experience any issue with your order at any time, please contact us.

Due to the nature of our products, returns of opened or used items are not possible, except in cases of confirmed defect, damage, expired shelf life, or a verified quality issue.

Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer must inspect the shipment upon receipt. Claims for damage or missing items are accepted only on the day of delivery.

Cases in Which Shipping Costs Are Covered by the Merchant

• missing or incorrectly delivered products;
• products damaged during delivery;
• products with expired shelf life upon receipt;
• verified quality defect of the product.

Cases in Which Shipping Costs Are the Responsibility of the Customer

• a shipment that is not collected within the courier’s designated pickup period;
• incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address;
• missing or invalid phone number;
• a returned or refused shipment without missing products, incorrectly delivered products, damage, expired shelf life, or a quality defect.

The customer must pay the two-way shipping cost within 7 days of the return.

Methods of Paying Shipping Costs

• directly to the courier in case of refusal to receive the shipment;
• by card via a payment link sent after the returned shipment has been processed.

Online Payments

Payments are processed through secure systems (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store card data.
