Due to the nature of our products, returns of opened or used items are not possible, except in cases of confirmed defect, damage, expired shelf life, or a verified quality issue.

Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer must inspect the shipment upon receipt. Claims for damage or missing items are accepted only on the day of delivery.

Cases in Which Shipping Costs Are Covered by the Merchant

  • missing or incorrectly delivered products;
  • products damaged during delivery;
  • products with expired shelf life upon receipt;
  • verified quality defect of the product.

Cases in Which Shipping Costs Are the Responsibility of the Customer

  • a shipment that is not collected within the courier’s designated pickup period;
  • incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address;
  • missing or invalid phone number;
  • a returned or refused shipment without missing products, incorrectly delivered products, damage, expired shelf life, or a quality defect.

The customer must pay the two-way shipping cost within 7 days of the return.

Methods of Paying Shipping Costs

  • directly to the courier in case of refusal to receive the shipment;
  • by card via a payment link sent after the returned shipment has been processed.
